Geno Smith Tosses 56-Yard TD Pass

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith threw a 56-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver DK Metcalf in the first quarter of the team's game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

The play was a huge momentum swing for the Seahawks, who were trailing 7-0 at the time. It also marked the first touchdown pass of the season for Smith, who is starting in place of the injured Russell Wilson.

The Seahawks went on to win the game 17-16, with Smith completing 23 of 34 passes for 264 yards and two touchdowns. Metcalf finished the game with four receptions for 103 yards and the one touchdown.

The touchdown pass was a perfectly thrown ball by Smith, who hit Metcalf in stride as he ran down the right sideline. Metcalf then did the rest, making a leaping catch over Broncos cornerback Bryce Callahan and racing into the end zone.

The play was a sign of things to come for the Seahawks, who have a lot of potential on offense with Smith at quarterback and Metcalf as his top target. The Seahawks will look to continue their winning ways next week when they host the Pittsburgh Steelers.
